父親節來了，我們邀請了不同年齡的人，來跟自己的父親說說話，最感謝父親的是什麼，最欣賞他的特點是什麼…….

一、課後補習班的孩子們（5-11歲）回答這兩個問題，他們如此說：

1）感謝爸爸為我做過的事(I thank Dad for ……)：

Min：我爸有時候會買樂高給我。(My dad buy me lego sometimes.)

Alina：謝謝你在我生氣的時候讓我冷靜下來，也謝謝你總是想辦法準時來接我，在我上完舞蹈、美術和課後輔導這些課的時候。(Thank you for calming me down when I am mad, and think you for always trying to be on time when I finish classes like dance and art and after school.)

Sarah：我想謝謝你給我錢。(I want to thank you for giving me money.)

Irisa：我想謝謝你給我錢、照顧我，以及對我好。(I want to thank you for giving me money, caring for me and being nice to me.)

Livia：謝謝你非常照顧我。(Thank you for caring for me very much.)

Larissa：我感謝爸爸幫助我做功課。(I thank my dad for helping me with my homework.)

Lexi：我感謝爸爸很和善、慈愛，給我買東西。(I thank my dad because he is nice and loving and buying me things.)

Ellie：我想感謝爸爸給我買食物和我想要的東西。(I want to thank my dad for buying me food and things I want for me.)

學生一：我想感謝爸爸支持我。(I want to thank my dad for supporting me.)

學生二：我感謝爸爸給我食物和飲料。(I thank my dad for giving me food and drinks.)

學生三：我要感謝爸爸買食物、點心和飲料給我。(I would thank my dad for buying me food, snacks, and drinks.)

學生四：我喜歡你總是買東西給我。(I like that you always buy me stuff.)

學生五：我為食物和居所感謝爸爸。(I thank my dad for food and shelter.)

2）感到驕傲的爸爸特質／行為(Proud of Dad because……)

Irisa：我為我的爸爸感到驕傲，因為他買得起房子。(I am proud of my dad for he could afford a house.)

Min：他為我禱告。(He prays for me.)

Lucas：給我錢、很勇敢、為我花錢，還有在農曆新年給我紅包。(giving me money, and so brave, and spending money on me ,and giving me money on lunar new year.)

Livia：他幫我拿太高拿不到的東西。(He Helps me grab things that are too high.)

Larissa：我為爸爸做很多家務感到驕傲。(I am proud that my dad did lots of housework.)

Lexi：我為爸爸感到驕傲，因爲他很勇敢。(I am proud of my dad because he is brave.)

Ellie：我為爸爸感到驕傲的一件事，就是他在曼哈頓工作，而且買很多東西給我。(One thing I am proud of my dad is working in Manhattan and buying me lots of stuff.)

學生一：我為爸爸感到驕傲，因為他幫我做功課。(I am proud of my dad because he helps me with homework.) 

學生二：我為爸爸感到驕傲，因為他做飯給我吃。(I am proud of my dad making me food to eat.)

學生三：我為爸爸感到驕傲的一件事，是你擁有一家公司，你很忙，但是你仍然給我時間。(One thing I am proud of you is that you own a company and you are very busy, but you still give me time.) 我愛爸爸，因爲你很慈祥，很願意幫助我。你是最棒的！(I love my dad because you are so kind and helpful. You are the best.)

二、大孩子們如此說：

家煇（18歲，紐約）：我最感謝的是我父親讓我們的家庭更美好、更和諧了。父親最讓我覺得驕傲的特點是他的平和和善解人意。

三、大人們如此說：

小俞（20+，香港）：爸爸是我的好兄弟，也是我生活上和工作上的軍師！

Sarah（20+，紐約）：謝謝爸爸做飯，讓我們吃健康食物；帶我去中國；開車送我上學、課外補習和去圖書館；為我付學校學費、鋼琴課和中文課的學費。欣賞爸爸的無私(Selflessness)。

Liwen（30+，紐約）：我最感謝父親可以全然放手，讓我不去倚靠他而能成長並且獨立。

May（40+，深圳）：我最感謝爸爸為我做過的事是送我出國讀書，在傳統封建家族裡如此恩待女兒，感謝爸爸的遠見與厚愛。我欣賞我爸爸對老人特別孝順，對村裡的老人都很敬重。

小雲（50+歲，香港）：爸爸，謝謝您這麼愛媽媽，疼惜她，保護她。謝謝您這麼愛我和妹妹。我愛您！

Diane（50+歲，香港）：我最想感謝爸爸的就是他很愛媽媽，也很愛我們四兄弟姐妹。他買東西總是買四份，從來不偏心。還記得每個星期六晚上我們四兄弟姐妹都會去爸媽房間裡領下個星期的零用錢，車費和午飯費用都算好了，每人取一份，現在會想起來感覺特別溫馨。爸爸我愛你！
