職位：Children's Ministry Assistant Director (Full-Time or Part-Time)

要求1：Has a Masters or Bachelor degree in Christian ministries or education
要求2：Minimum of 2 years ministry experiences in children's, youth, EM or any education ministry
要求3：Understanding of Chinese-American culture/customs

Duties:

1.     To provide sound, biblically-based preaching and teaching with a passion for God through spiritual and administrative leadership of the children ministry

2.     To lead, direct and supervise Sunday kids worship, Sunday school, events, and other programs

3.     To lead the children in sharing Christ’s love and the Gospel to our surrounding communities

4.     To effectively share ministry goals and communicate with the Chinese Ministry staff, pastoral staff and leaders

5.     To work with the English Ministry, plan for kids worship, train and schedule volunteers to teach Sunday school, assist or direct AWANA on Friday nights. 

6.     To train the older elementary school kids to take leadership roles such as worship leader or TA in classes

7.     To help connect our church to the local community of churches and Christian organizations.
