夏威夷第一華人基督教會 – 中文堂牧師職位

夏威夷第一華人基督教會誠聘一位全職中文堂牧師，帶領及牧養中文堂（普通話/國語）會眾。

教會簡介：

夏威夷第一華人基督教會（TFCCCH）是位于夏威夷州檀香山市的一個福音派教會，是在美國最早成立的華人教會之一，建堂可以追溯到1879年。教會是由英文堂和中文堂組成，設有從兒童至成人的各項事工。

牧师職責：

• 通過研經式講道來帶領每周的主日崇拜
• 參加并帶領每周的禱告會和查經班
• 負責培訓同工學習并教導聖經
• 為會眾提供探訪、關懷和輔導，并培訓同工進行教牧關懷
• 帶領并培訓同工傳揚福音，使教會能夠用福音影響周圍的社區
• 以個人的禱告為榜樣, 教導并帶領會眾以合一的禱告來尋求主
• 與其他牧師和教會執事會共同發展教會事工之異象和規劃。

申請資格：

• 對基督、教會和福音傳播充滿熱忱
• 致力于教導神的話語、禱告、培訓門徒、關懷，可與不同背景的會員进行有效溝通以促進教會的合一
• 擁有福音派神學院的道學碩士以上學位，由北美獲得學位最佳
• 在北美地區的華人教會擁有三年或更長時間的牧會經驗尤佳
• 能以普通話 (國語) 講道和牧養，并能用英語進行交流
• 具備提摩太前書3:1-7和提多書1:6-9中長老的特質。

 The First Chinese Church of Christ in Hawai’i – Chinese Pastor Position

The First Chinese Church of Christ in Hawai’i is currently looking for a full-time Chinese Pastor to minister to our Chinese-speaking congregation.

Church Description:

The First Chinese Church of Christ in Hawai’i (TFCCCH) is an evangelical church in Urban Honolulu, Hawai’i. We are one of the oldest Chinese Churches in America, dating back to 1879. Our church has both a Mandarin congregation and an English congregation with a full range of ministries from children to senior adults in both languages.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Chinese worship service through preaching expository sermons
• Lead and participate in weekly prayer meetings and Bible studies
• Train coworkers to study and teach the Bible.
• Provide visitation, care and counseling to congregation members and train others in pastoral care
• Lead and train coworkers in evangelism so that they will be equipped to reach our community with the gospel
• Maintain a consistent and fervent devotional and prayer life as an example to others
• Teach and lead the congregation to pray and seek the Lord personally and corporately
• Work with pastoral staff and Church Board to develop a vision and plans for TFCCCH’s ministry

Qualifications:

• A heart and passion for Christ, the church, and spreading gospel
• Devoted to teaching God's word, praying, training the disciples, shepherding the entire flock, communicating effectively with members of different backgrounds for church unity
• Received at least a Master of Divinity from an evangelical seminary, preferably in North America
• Three or more years of pastoral experience in a Chinese church in North America preferred
• Preach and minister in Mandarin and able to communicate in English
• Exhibit the qualities of an elder in 1 Timothy 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9.
