本報看重讀者們的親子關係，藉著父母與孩子學習英語的時刻，增加他們溝通的機會。使用這教材的方法如下：

（一）請你與孩子一起朗讀內容及本月金句；
（二）透過所閱讀的內容，引導孩子分享他們的看法和經歷，藉此提升他們的品格及學習如何與人相處；

Meaning: A large and nutritious meal which is very healthy and filling.
Amy : Hi Steve! Happy New Year! How’re you?

Amy : I’ve got plans for 2015. I’ll be participating in the Hong Kong Marathon
and my first priority is to do more exercise and get myself ready physically.
Steve : Good ,but I think you’re really skinny. You’re obviously underweight! I think by
merely doing exercise isn’t good enough to help you reach your goal. I think you’re
not eating well enough. Come on! You know how much work you do in a day!
Amy : I know. I hope I can eat a square meal when I get home from work!
I promise I’ll never miss a meal even when I’m too busy with my work.
Steve : Well, at least two square meals a day are what you need for the run!

Tips 提示：

As an idiom, you have to use “square”, and not any other shapes!!
