(一)請你與孩子一起朗讀內容及本月金句;
(二)透過所閱讀的內容,引導孩子分享他們的看法和經歷,藉此提升他們的品格及學習如何與人相處;
(三)鼓勵你的孩子完成下列的活動,並於2017年5月31日前寄回本報,我們將寄上一份小禮物。

Bible verse of the Month 本月金句

「向著標竿直跑 、要得神在基督耶穌裡從上面召我來得的獎賞。」《腓立比書3章14 節》
“I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus.”(Philippians 3:14)

Meaning: making extra efforts to do something

Johnny: I’m never good at things. I just know I’m not good enough. I know I’d end up nothing in future. I know…
Manson : Please stop being so negative, Johnny! You’ll be okay! It’s just an exam that you’ve failed, not your life!
Johnny:  But I really feel bad now and I don’t think I can get over it.
Manson: Don’t worry! I’ll come and see you now. I want to pray with you.
Johnny:  Are you sure? I live in Cheung Chau and you’re in Quarry Bay!
Manson: It doesn’t matter because it’s worth going the extra mile to see you.
